Calgary Taste of Italy Festival

The day is filled with many food vendors sharing their wonderful Italian recipes and delights. Wine is available at the festival. Artisans including jewellery makers, candle makers, macrame, authors, and more. There will be artists painting live, entertainment for the kids - face painting, glitter tattoo, painting their own mural.

Besides that we will have wonderful entertainment, including the Calgary Opera, Greg, our wandering accordianist, Italian dancers, Italian choir, an Italian fashion show, Tony Scaffeo and DJ Miko entertaining the crowd with their brilliant talent.

Contests - pasta eating contest, pizza making contest, grape stomping contest!

Join us in celebrating the Italian culture and cuisine. We aim to bring a taste of Italy to Calgary and showcase Italian businesses and restaurants in the area. Our annual festival will provide an authentic Italian experience through food, entertainment, and fun activities.
Calgary's Taste of Italy Festival happens at the beautiful Bridgeland Riverside Community Centre. It's the perfect setting to experience Italian art, food, music and dancing. In this video, you will see some of the fun games and activities at festival goers can enjoy. We hope to see you there!
