Join us for the 2024 Women Making History in Alberta Awards Ceremony and Luncheon at the historic Wainwright Hotel. This inspiring afternoon will celebrate the remarkable women in our community who have transformed history through their visionary leadership.

Luncheon and Awards: 12:15 p.m. – 2:00 p.m.

Individual Seats: $95 plus GST
Table of Eight: $760 plus GST
The Journey Forward: Support young entrepreneurs, trades women, business women and other seeking to explore Women Making History. Host or gift a table of 8, where we can offer seats to up and coming young women or women re-entering the work force to meet and learn from mentors and peers.

Enjoy a selection of wine and refreshments prior to the Awards Ceremony
Entrée:
Seasonal soup served with Alberta Bakery bread and house-churned butter.
Heritage Park Tea, featuring petite finger sandwiches, our favourite treats and fresh buttermilk scones from Heritage Park Chefs.
Dessert:
A selection of Heritage Parks speciality desserts.
Refreshments:
A selection of fine teas and wine.

The Women Making History in Alberta Awards, established by Heritage Park, honour women who have transformed history through their inspiring visions and leadership. This year, Heritage Park continues this tradition by recognizing exceptional Alberta women who have made significant, lasting impacts on countless lives, introducing two new categories, and bringing the total to three:
New: History Maker in the Making: Up and Coming Women in our Community
New: The Vera Burns Award, posthumously presented to a woman of distinction
