Sam Hunt is an American country music singer and songwriter.
Hunt first gained popularity as a songwriter, writing hit songs for other country music artists, including Keith Urban, Kenny Chesney, and Billy Currington. In 2014, he released his debut single as a performer, "Leave the Night On," which reached the top of the country music charts. Hunt has since released two studio albums, "Montevallo" in 2014 and "Southside" in 2020, and has become known for his unique blend of country, pop, and R&B influences in his music. Some of his other popular songs include "Body Like a Back Road," "House Party," and "Take Your Time."
